Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They open your shop link in any browser, pick items and check out. They get a link to track the order too.

How do customers pay me?

The way they already do. Most pay by bank transfer and upload the slip at checkout, straight into the order. The money goes to your own account. Eveyla never touches it.

Can I still take orders on Viber and WhatsApp?

Yes. Your shop shows your WhatsApp, Viber and Call buttons if you want them. When someone orders in a chat, send them a pay link so the order still lands on your board.

I have a lot of items. Do I type them all?

No. Send a photo of your menu or price list, paste a list, or upload a spreadsheet. Eveyla fills in the names and prices. You check them and save.

What happens after the 14 days?

To keep taking orders, pay MVR 299 by bank transfer and upload the slip. If you do not, your shop stays in the Eveyla directory as a free listing.

Can my staff use it?

Yes. One staff account is included. Each extra one is MVR 99 a month, and you can remove anyone at any time.
